On July 22 this year, the Xiaomi Mi4 is scheduled to launch, but the successor to the Mi3 smartphone has been spotted again on a third-party online retailer. Listing Mi4 with a price tag of $499 (Rs. 30,000 approx) by the e-commerce website in India.
Now listed by online retailer Oppomart, the Xiaomi Mi4 is not yet up for purchase. Although the unannounced ready to launch smartphone was on Wednesday listed with a price for $599 (amost Rs. 36,000) and today this.
Featuring a ‘coming soon’ tag, the listed Xiaomi Mi4 specifications sports the same as the previous retailer listing a couple of days ago.
The single-SIM Mi4 (Micro-SIM) handset is listed running MIUI v5, which is based on Android 4.4 KitKat and according to the listings, the smartphone will come with a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display offering a pixel density 538ppi. It is said to be powered by a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.
Sporting with a 16-megapixel OIS rear-facing camera, Xiaomi Mi4 also houses a 5MP front-facing sensor. With a 32GB built-in storage is non-expandable and the device packs a 3200mAh non-removable battery, the Mi 4 is also listed to feature 4G LTE support.
When compared Xiaomi Mi4 to its brother Mi3, powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 (MSM8274AB) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. The Mi 3 comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage with no expandable storage support. The Xiaomi Mi3 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera featuring a f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash while the front houses a 2-megapixel camera. It is backed by a 3050mAh battery. The Mi 3 measures 144×73.6×8.1mm and weighs 145 grams.
