iConBounce is one of my best tweak that adds some charecter to your idevice’s doc icons. Once installed the Cydia tweak begins to randomly bounce, flip or twist in a simple way. While this iConBounce jailbreak tweak doesn’t have any configurable options in the Settings.app, and will not add any new icons to your springboard, but makes your icon doc bounce and adds some animation to it.

You can get IconBounce Cydia tweak from the Cydia Store by typing iConBounce in the search, and download it and install it for free of cost.
AnimateDock is anothor Cydia tweak available now, but its not a free application. You have to pay $0.99 on ModMyi repository. the developer has also demoed a video introduction of the tweak showing all the effects on your device. The tweak allows you to add some decent type of animations to your device iOS dock icons, such as ‘Zoom in and out’ animation to your device dock icons on the opening or close of any device.
Not only that, it also allows you to select the time period of the animation on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, similar to IconBounce, AnimateDoc doesn’t adds any additional icons to your device dashboard, but simply adds a new option tab in the settings.app, the place where you can modify the work of the app on your device.
From Settings you can set the effect you want: -Scale 0.5 -Scale 0.6 -Scale 0.7 -Scale 0.9 -Scale 1(Default) -Scale 1.05 -Horizontal rectangle -Vertical rectangle -Rotation left 180 -Rotation left 90 -Rotation right 180 -Rotation right 90 -Zoom out and zoom in reversed The animation duration: -0.75 -1 -1.5 -2 -2.5 -3 -3.5 -4 -4.5 -5 Dock elements: -Hide Reflection -Hide Label -Hide Badges.
