Sony Europe Unveiled its new Notebook called ” Sony Vaio Z ” Integrated with an External GPU (Graphic Card) , which is provided by AMD Radeon HD 6650M with 1GB of VRAM and with an Optical Drive Access , those are contained within the External Power Media Dock , which Sony Calls it.

Going to the Features of this New Sony Vaio Z Notebook , features with a 13.1-inch Display Screen with 1600 x 900 of Resolution, powered with a Dual Core 2.7GHz i7 Core Processor , so that it can be supported upto 8GB of DDR3 RAM .

While Creating a Combined 256GB Hard Drive, Ultra Storage is provided by Dual 128 SSD Drives configured in a RAID Stripe. An USB 3.0 Port and is capable to poweriung upto three External Displays using other VGA and 3D Capable HDMI Port, the new Power Media Dock can be connected to the main Sony Vaio Z Notebook through Intel Light Peak Technology.

Sony Vaio Z Notebook is a fully cahrged which can perform for around 7 Hours and not only that, it is having a sheet battery, that can be used to double the battery life at the expencive of a little extra wiegh and thickness. Sony Vaio Z Notebook is integrated with a 1.3-Megapixel Web Cam and can be connected via WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n and 3G Options, with Bluetooth 2.1 and a 1x USB 2.0 Port.

Update – Sony’s UK site now has the VAIO Z up for pre-order with pricing starting at £1,434 (that’s $2,294), with the dock running an additional £400 ($640).
