Siri on iPod Touch 4G, 3G Running iOS 5: all Devices without Jailbreak Needed

The Developer says that the iPhone 4S Jailbreak is not Needed to Get Installed on Older iOS Devices. These are the Supported Devices running on iOS 5 List:
* iPad 1 and Apple iPad 2
* iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS
* iPod Touch 4G and iPod Touch 3G
