Samsung has officially announced both the mid-range Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 smartphone in its A series. Both are with full metal unibody, and with entry-level specs and a veriety of color options. targeting young buyers. The Galaxy A5 specs goes with a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display and powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Processor, paired with 2GB of RAM and supports LTE and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Sporting 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash the A5 flaunt with a 5MP front-facing camera with wide angle lens to snap selfie. It measures 139.3 x 69.7 x 6.7mm, while its weight tips the scale at 123 grams. The handset is powered by a 2,300mAh battery.
The Galaxy A3 comes with a 4.5-inch qHD Super AMOLED display and it also packs a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU and its an LTE smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear and 5MP selfie shooter on borad. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat and measures 130.1 x 65.5 x 6.9mm, while its weight comes in at only 110.3 grams. A 1,900mAh battery powers the smartphone.
Both the devices have integrated with Ultra-Power Saving Mode, Private Mode and Multiscreen and adjustable audio which cleverly adapts and enhances sound output on the user’s surrounding environment.
The Galaxy A5 and A3 duo includes a 16GB of built-in memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot and boots TouchWiz-ed.
The Samsung Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A3 smartphones will be available to purchase in Pearl White, Midnight Black, Platinum Silver, Light Blue and Champagne Gold color variants. Debuts in China and other select markets starting November. Price is unknown as yet!
