The South Korean giant Samsung partners Diesel Black Gold brand for launching some of its best custom bands for its latest wearable, the Gear S smartwatch.
In collaboration with Diesel Black Gold, which is a premium line of Diesel brand, Samsung have revealed new Gear S custom band accessories. Launch date is expected at the runway of the Diesel’s Sping/Summer 2015 show.
Pricing of the Samsung Gear S bands haven’t been revealed yet, as well as no word on whether the Diesel Black Gold customized Gear S smartwatch bands will be released globally. Stay tuned for more news!
Samsung in a press statement said:
By using the innovative technology of the Samsung Gear S as a foundation, the creative team at Diesel Black Gold created a collection of unique pieces, in different shapes, colors and details, all characterized by the iconic attitude of the advanced contemporary label.
The SK giant also confirmed that a 360-degree video of the Diesel Black Gold runway show will be made for recently announced Samsung Gear VR.

Talking about the Samsung’s new Gear S smartwatch. Unveiled it with 3G connectivity and voice calling ahead of IFA and said, will be rolled out in global markets in phases starting October 2014.
Running on the Samsung’s own Tizen OS, the Gear S comes with a separate slot for a SIM card on the back panel along with the heart-rate sensor and four pop pins. Features also includes a 2-inch curved Super AMOLED display with 360×480 pixels resolution; a dual-core 1GHz processor; 512MB of RAM; 4GB ROM; 300mAh Li-ion battery, rated to deliver 2 days of charge with typical usage and finally it is IP67-certified dust and water resistant, and integrated with S Health app on-board.
We’ll need to wait for Diesel Black Gold runway Sping/Summer 2015 to see what actually the Gear S smartwatch bands looks and how much its going to be priced.
