Samsung Galaxy S4 / Galaxy S5 Reportedly To Get Android 4.4.3 KitKat Update, Leaked [Image]

Google has released the latest version of Android 4.4.3 KitKat to its company’s Nexus affiliated devices, and alongside Motorola Moto G, received the update as well. For Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy S4 is now reported to be made available soon.

The Android KitKat v4.4.3 OTA update recently rolled out for Google Nexus 7 and Nexus 4, and for the Nexus 5. Google Play Edition devices such as HTC One, and Moto E X and Moto G, and now its time for Galaxy S4 and S5 in the next couple of months. According to a leaked document, it has been acknowledged that Samsung has finished testing the 4.4.3 Kitkat update for Galaxy S5 SM-G900F and SM-G900H models.

Update x1: Samsung had also finished the final testing of the Android KitKat 4.4.3 update for the Galaxy S4 LTE-A model, which will see a roll-out period of the KitKat OS for the Galaxy S5 (June) and Galaxy S4 (July) handsets.

The Android firmware listed on the leaked document for both the Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900F and SM-G900H variants are G900FXXUOBNE6 and G900HXXUOBNE3 respectively, while the Galaxy S4 GT-I9506 features firmware number I9506XXUQDNE4.

Note: This Android 4.4.3 update is an incremental update from Android 4.4.2 KitKat and brings security enhancements and a variety of bug fixes. Google also said to bring few more fixes with its new KitKat update which includes fixes for data connection loss, random reboots, missed calls and various camera bugs.

Other than bug fixes, the Android 4.4.3 is said to not bring any significant new in terms of features and UI interface. What’s next! Wait for it……..
