Samsung Galaxy S III rumored with a 2.0GHz Quad-Core CPU to come. Rumors surfaced on Web that Samsung Galaxy S II integrated with a 2.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor and launched in February 2012 at Barcelona. Earlier reports from the Qualcomm Snapdragon roadmap which will provide 2.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor in a few months.

Qualcomm relesed the Snapdragon Roadmap showing the chipsets they plan to release in coming months and the best part is we are just few months away from seeing the 2.5 GHz quad-core CPU. The new Quad Core processor will be a memeber of S4 Snapdragon family and 28nm architecture for optimal performance having 8 processing cores 4 for CPU and 4 for GPU. Samsung Galaxy 4 will offer the Quad and qual Core line of CPU’s with clock speeds upto 2.5GHz.
