Samsung Galaxy S III Oficially Announced, Finally Specs And Images Surfaced

After hearing so many rumors for months, finally Samsung officially announced its new S range smartphone that is Galaxy S3 at an event in London on 3rd May. With this release the company hopes to make a big jump to take the leading position in the smartphones arena. Full specs and images surfaced the mobile world in this event.
Ending up all of rumors and speculations flooded over months, the Samsung finally confirmed the release date of this highly anticipated smartphone of the year. The phone initially will be launched in European countries on May 29th and will be available in 145 countries on 296 mobile operators around the world. This is the largest ever launch by Samsung in the mobile history.

Coming to the specs this phone has a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display with 1280×720 pixels and supports extra sub pixels also, then you have best visibility in bright situations also. Features a zero shutter lag 8-megapixel main camera with burst mode and records full HD 1080p videos and also has a 1.9-megapixel front-face camera.

Powered by a Exynos 4212 1.4 GHz quadcore processor with 1GB RAM, Samsung Galaxy S III runs on latest Android 4.0 ICS. Its just a 8.6mm thicker and is the slimmest device in Android phones market. Other dimensions are 136.3×70.6mm and weighs 136 grams. The powerful 2100 mAh battery gives more processing power to the phone and its really a large one for a smartphone.
The company says the phone in initial batches will be available with 16GB and 32GB internal memory options and also confirmed a 64GB model to be launched soon later. The device also comes with microSD support which adds more storage (up to 64 GB) to it.
