Samsung Galaxy Mega Plus Launched In China, Powered By Quad-Core CPU, Android 4.2.2 And More

India has already got the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 last year and with its success, the south korean manufacturer has launched Mega Plus (GT-I9152P) in China.

Although, this Galaxy Mega Plus will be an upgraded version of Mega 5.8 and the company treated their Chinese fans with the release o a quad-core phablet. The company is yet to reveal plans to launch the Galaxy Mega Plus in more markets.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega Plus supports dual-SIM functionality like the Galaxy Grand 2 with usual standby, comes with a 5.8-inch TFT screen with a qHD display with a resolution of 540×960 pixels, respectively and the quad-core Galaxy Mega Plus runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean wit TouchWiz on top.

Unlike, Galaxy Mega 5.8 powered by a dual-core processor, and this new Mega Plus is backed up by a quad-core CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, and no mention about the GB of RAM. According to some claims the Galaxy Mega Plus packs 1.5GB of RAM.

With the model number of GT-I9152p is currently listed on Samsung’s official Chinese website and he handset eight goes with 183.5grams and thickness of 8.99mm.

Finally, the Galaxy Mega Plus sports an 8-megapixel rear camera, as well as a 1.9-megapixel front facing camera, comes with 8GB of built-in storage, which is expandable via microSD card (maximum capacity unspecified), and has a 2600mAh battery.
