Regarding the Samsung’s metallic Galaxy SM-A500 (likely to be called the Galaxy A5) appeared in a set of photos earlier this month, also confirms that the handset has a metal frame around its edges like the Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy Note 4. However we have some details on how much it’s going to cost of the yet-to-be-announced smartphone.
Pricing for it will be around $400 and $450, according to SamMobile – thus being more budget and affordable than handsets like Galaxy S5 and Alpha. Samsung’s main agenda was to roll out some entry-level smartphone with its next A series though, and if you wanna grab the smartphone market, then you have to submit some mid-range gadgets anyway and we’re not expecting to see a high price anyhow.
As far as specifications go with the mid-range Galaxy A5. Features a 5-inch 720p AMOLED display, LTE connectivity, 5MP front-facing camera, 13 MP rear camera, quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of expandable internal memory – all in a 6.7mm-thin body.
SamMobile has also details about two other unannounced smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy A3 (SM-A300) and newly leaked Galaxy SM-A700 (A7). The A3 should go on sale between $350 and $400, whereas the Galaxy A7 expected to be sold for $450 and $500. Both A3 and A7, like the A5 will have the LTE connectivity option, and the structure of the panel will be partially out of metal.
Availability – talking about the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5, both will go widely around the world and when speaking about the Galaxy A7 – will be released only in “select countries”.
Note: these are not officially confirmed by Samsung and if you believe in the source which placed this offering, then within days you’ll be hearing a Samsung’s confirmation soon…..! Stay tuned!
