Google Acquires Postrank – An Analytics Service For The Social Web ” Postrank ” has been acquired by Google. Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.

Actually, Postrank is one of the service, that helps to mesaure how far content, like tweets and Facebook Updates spread across the WEB. Where Postrank Service includes the “Analytics” that lets us to see which users are sharing our Content and where they share and track on How Competitors are doing.

Postrank was launched in the year 2007 in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and the year 2010, PostRank Analytics added Activity Streams, which Company called “a FriendFeed for Content”. The PostRank staff will be moving to the San Francisco Bay Area to join the other Googlers at Google’s main Mountain View campus.

When i visited Postrank to check for some stuff, that i regularly do, found this on the Homepage and i was very impressed.
