Planetbeing Posts Picture Of Jailbroken iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 Untethered

All the of you are familiar with the jailbreak application called “IntelliScreenX”. The only utility that works on iDevices running iOS 5.0.x. This utility was first introduced by Intelliborn in October last year. Details after the jump!

The well know iPhone hacker, Planetbeing working on A5 jailbreak, has tweeted a photo of IntelliScreenX running on his own iPad 2.

The Dream team member along with a photo, planetbeing also tweets on his Twitter account with a short note:

”Been a productive day. Relieved to find out IntelliScreenX (an app I helped write) works on the 4S and iPad 2. ”

Which means that these are good signs for some reasons. One, it shows that this jailbreak is a stable though for Planetbeing to install Cydia packages. The second, this makes that third time in the last few days that we’ve seen an untethered jailbreak running on an A5 devices.

Yesterday, we saw Dustin Howett show off an jailbroken iPhone 4S untethered running on iOS 5.0.1 on a video, and today ,pod2g posted a picture of Pad 2 untethered jailbreak running successfully.

Its the time to release the most awaiting jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 untethered could be very great to public. Stay tuned for launch date.

Update : MuscleNerd says, iPhone 4S owners who are hoping to eventually to unlock, they should not update to iOS 5.0.1, downgrade to iOS 5.0 now!
