Although, HTC just sent out invitations for a “double exposure” media event on October 8th, there’s still no guarantee that the Tegra K1-based Nexus 9 tablet will surface at that gathering.

The legal court document not only reveals Nexus 9, also mentions the manufacturer will be Google partnering with HTC for the same tablet.

From the past, HTC Nexus 9 leaked many times, once said it will get a keyboard accessory, in June, it was likely to call it Volantis and again reported to pass Wi-Fi certification altogether. Also said that it will be an Android L runner!

Alleged specifications for the rumored HTC Nexus 9 tablet would come with a 8.9-inch  (2048 × 1440 pixels) (281ppi), NVIDIA Tegra K1 64-bit processor, 2GB RAM, 16/32GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera with Sony sensor, 3MP front facing camera, Stereo front-facing speakers and aluminum build. Speculated that it will be coming with a 5GB of RAM on-board, which turned out to be fake later. Finally, it said that will be 7.9mm thick and weighs 418 grams, and suggested to launch in WiFi and LTE variants.
