Nova Launcher is now available as a free and paid flavors directly from the Market of Android apps, Themes and Launchers. This launcher will replace your default/stock launcher and you can easily do so by following a series of instructions.

Many tested Nova Launcher on their Galaxy Nexus running Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich and confirms that it works as advertized. Launcher actually adds a handsful of new features on top of the stock ICS Launcher which makes it the launcher for ICS devices.
