It has been downloaded some 100 million times on PC’s, knowing this it is going to be a huge turn out game on Microsoft’s Xbox and is the top paid app for both iOS and Android.
Mojang is the Swedish-based independent studio behind the game. It has become most popular video games in history, having been downloaded more than 100 million times on PC alone. The deal between the software company and Mojang AB is going to take a approval decision and could be signed as early as this week or expected to close in late 2014. Estimated cost of this game would be around $2.5 billion, both the companies have confirmed.
