LG To Launch Its Own Google TV At CES 2012 [PICS]

In a recent announcement by LG that it will soon going to launch its own Google TV equipped HDTV at CES 2012. LG calls it as “LG Smart TV with Google TV”. Though it didn’t disclose the screen size till now, it will be an all-in-one unit.
This 3D HDTV will run with LG’s Cinema 3D technology which uses only lightweight glasses and it dosen’t require any batteries. Apart from this, this unit is attached with a small keyboard and controls to run Google TV’s updated Android-based user interface.
LG is going to join with Samsung, Sony and Visio for the hardware to support the format of “LG Smart TV with Google TV”. It seems that some manufacturers are going to join hands with Google TV, because Logitech declared that it is canceling its contract with Google TV.
In next week at CES 2012 we can see LG’s new Google TV-equipped HDTV. We will let you know the other details of it after that.
As early pre-Android version of Google TV lost the quality in programs, now it is a big challenge for them to create quality programming. We hope Google TV will concentrate mostly on content instead of hardware for their upcoming versions. For this it should accept the content creators and production studios to allow their TV shows and movies to be accessible from Google TV. May be Google TV will think about it.

To be fact, the users interface is based upon the Android as it is more plesent to use. The strength of its ability is to get the TV programs, witch are available at the moment up to the viewer by sorting them. If Google TV dose not allow the studios to access their programmes, no one can see its power. If a situation like this appears, nobody knows what the studios will do than what Visio, Sony, Samsung and LG will do. via
