iPhone 5 Release Date Rumored To See In The Fall Of 2012 As Scheduled

Macotakara a Japanese blog today reports that it has grabbed some information from a reliable source that Apple is reportedly targeting another September or October release schedule for the iPhone this year. The report also claims that Apple intends for the later timeframe to be part of Apple’s long-term plans for iPhone launches. Its said that Apple is rumored to be sticking to a September or October 2012 launch cycle for the highly anticipated iPhone 5 – or whatever they call it the next-generation iPhone – similarly as they did with the iPhone 4S in 2011. According to Asian reliable source, the next iPhone will be released in September or October, and this cycle seems to be kept for years.
For the iPhone 4S, Apple historically held to a summer release cycle, while the original iPhone hitting on Jun 29th 2007. Following releases of the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS were in mid July and late June susequently, with the iPhone 4 pushed out on June 24 of 2010.
The iPhone 5 was set to launch in the October, but with the iPhone 4S, anyhow Apple switched to that release date, moving away from the summer cycle. Then Apple has announced a record breaking quarter with over 37 million iPhones sold after the unexpectedly released iPhone c4S hit customers late last year, which was the smart move that makes sense for Apple to continue the same to going forward.
Previous rumor reported on an October 2012 released for the next iPhone also called to be the iPhone 5 .
