The currently available version of Gevey SIM unlock unlocks all the iPhone 4 basebands except that 4.11.08 BB. The only solution you have to do is waiting for the unlocker to update its SIM unlock that can unlock iPhone 4 baseband 4.11.08 currently.

Gevey SIM 4.11.08 baseband unlock tool will be available as sooner as possible. No words on the release date. The testing goes well then we can definetely can expect a video demo followed by release soon!
