Apple has released iOS 5.1 Beta 2 Firmware to developers, with a build number of 9B5127c seeded to the registered users of the iOS Dev Center.
The second beta of the iOS 5.1 IPSW update gives you the ability to remove images from theit iCloud Photo Stream.
The iOS 5 beta 2 released to developers with a continued focus on buf fixes. A notable added feature however is the ability to delete photos from the stream directly on the iOS device.
The build 9B5127c runs on the same hardware as the pior release; iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 3rd-4th Generations. Apple’s UDID developers can now grab the 800MB firmware directly from iOS Dev Center, but applied separately as no OTA option available.
Photos taken using iOS 5.1 can be deleted from Photo Stream on your device and will be removed automatically from Photo Stream on your other iOS 5.1 devices. Older photos can be manually deleted from your iOS 5.1 devices
Apple has made an update to Photo Stream which should please photographers which was a huge complain that addressed by fruit company finally. The Apple TV and Xcode have also been given an update along with the iPhone and iPad.
