Apple’s Black Friday 2013 Deals: iPhone And iPad Apps / Games Go Live For Free

Shop the Apple Online Store for the best gift cards that appear to be worth more than an equivalent discounts last year, but Apple has launched its Black Friday deals in Australia, somewhat disappointingly. No, there aren’t any discounts to be found in the Apple Store this year. Instead, buyers of Apple gadgets get Apple Store Gift Cards worth up to a $150 ($135) respectively. Full details on the Black Friday 2013 Apple deals list can be grabbed right after this fold.

Although it is now clear that Apple’s big Black Friday offers will not be all that big after all. Where the Australian Apple Store was the first to go live with the new offerings thanks to the wonder of time zones, and assuming other international Apple Stores mimic what is being seen on Oz, this year’s Black Friday offers from Cupertino firm is going to be even more underwhelming than usual.

For example: If you buy an iMac, Apple will just give you a gift card to the value of $150. Converted into Australian dollars, goes around $135. Picking up a new iPad gets you a free $75 gist card, which is around $68 in the Australian exchange. Offerings depends on your nativity and just keep in mind that you’ll be paying full amount for anything you’re willing to buy or purchase from Apple, indeed you’ll get free gist card into the mix to make the whole deal a bit sweeter than ever. What do you think? Is it a great Black Friday 2013 deal?

Black Friday that goes for digital stores as well rather isn’t just the day for getting in line outside your nearest big box retailer in the hope that you’ll be able to grab that big screen TV, but the fun happens just as much online as it does on the high street. Sales are currently kicking off all over the internet web, and Apple’s iOS App Store is no different.

Apart from biggies, with these Black Friday deals, you’ll be able to get your fill of excellent iPhone and iPad accessories before you can even fill up on turkey. Where Apple’s iPhone isn’t only a gadget, naturally there are several way to personalize it, enhance its performance and all-around turbo-charged it. Like, you can purchase a new case, a wireless speaker or a slick pair of headphones, these 10 discounted iPhone-compatible accessories will add a glimpse touch of tech to your Thanksgiving weekend.

How much Apple offers in a gift card form no matters, but we’d still see it offer some exciting discounts up-front rather than only giving away free gift cards out. Best Buy is already offering discounts on some Apple hardware, and it will be well worth time to shop around if you’re on the lookout for something with a shiny Apple Logo on the back of the device this holiday season.

Apple however knows that Macs, iPhones and iPads will fly off the shelves at full price anyway. Go, buy an iPad Air or iPad mini 2 right now to get a discount of a free gift card. Now, it’s time for iPad games and apps alongside the iPhone apps and games which gone for free or on sale. Worth checking the list below and shareable as well.

Gamers and fans of all other apps can get some great titles for not a lot of money, with some apps and games even deciding to go for free of charge for a short period in order to get themselves further up the app charts. Goodies, currently on the lookout for great deals across both the iPhone and iPad’s App Stores, so if you think there are some cheap, or even free apps that we should add to thelist then please feel free to share with us. With new titles getting added as and when we notice them, have already some great apps on sale, best way is to grab this feeling that this is only the start.

Top in the list highlighted there for us are XCOM: Enemy Unknown and 50% off its usual price and the venerable 1Password with a considerable price drop on an app that many of us, you simply couldn’t ignore or live without. Now, it’s time to polish that credit card off.

Update X1: There is no gift card for purchasing an iPad mini with a Retina display; due to Apple having trouble keeping up with the demand for this particular model. Buying an iMac, a MacBook Pro or a MacBook Air will get you an A$150 gift card. Finally, various accessories, including exotic ones such as the Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 or the Apogee JAM Guitar Input, will also get you a gift card, mostly A$25 – A$50 in value.

Although the discounts ranged from $41 for an iPad to $101 for a new MacBook Pro — a little less than the value of the gift cards Apple is offering this year. Which do you prefer: Direct discounts or gift cards? Thoughts can be shared via Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
