Apple Working On Revamped iPad 3 Smart Covers, As Well As Glass-Backed iPhone 5 [Report]

This is what the reliable source claims about the Apple company, that they are readying some of their highly anticipated products “iPad” and “iPhone” with enhanced smart covers and glass-backed device to be launched later this year. According to iLounge reports, Apple will have Smart Cover-esque cases for the iPad 3, which will offer protection for the device’s back, and a glass-backed iPhone 5 due for release.
So, the iPad 3 will work with the existing Smart Covers, since Apple is reportedly looking into a new Smart Cove-like system, while one device protection for the back as well. While the current Smart Cover for the iPad 2 is said to still work with the iPad 3, Apple is said to be working on a case that incorporates a Smart Cover-like front panel with a rear shell providing protection for the entirety of the device.
The another claim states that the iPhone 5 which is to be released later this year, will be having a glass or ceramic backing for the said device. few days ago, Corning’s Gorilla Glass 2 was to be used by Apple, which will be reportedly e capable of making an even thinner iPhone. Also claims that Apple may be looking into a larger screen for the device, and possibly the use of a smaller dock connector.
Despite the well-established “aluminum-backed iPhone 5” rumors that have continued to circulate since the iPhone 4 was released, Apple is nonetheless continuing to experiment with glass and ceramic rear shells for a future iPhone model. The upshot is that the new design would be like the iPhone 4, but thinner, thanks to Corning’s stronger Gorilla Glass 2 and the further reduction of internal components.
The Apple’s development future plan, according the sources the new iPad 3 case would closely resemble Incase’s Magazine Jacket with a folding magnetized Smart Cover on the front, and a rear shell made from fiberglass covered with PU/bicast leather.
