Apple Seeds iOS 5.0.1 for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch To Select End Users, Fixes Battery Issue

Apple has begun seeding iOS 5.0.1 to select end users to begin battery testing, according to a report from 9to5Mac. After releasing the software update earlier to the Dev’s to test out applications and improvements in battery life and Siri, the new update iOS 5.0.1, is now being seeded to selct customers of the iOS for testing. Customers who were facing the battery issue’s are now being seeded a software update of iOS 5.0.1 through the Apple’s AppleSeed Program.
This time, though, it has been a battery issue – with some folks complaining of 10%-per deterioration of their devices precious juice per hour. In spite when Apple released the iPhone 4S Launch, it caome up with several issues like the battery life problems by its users.
Wait! Apple has also warned those people taking part in the program of the situation bot being able to downgrade to the older iOS 5 version. Anyhow they will be able to upgrade to the final version which is expected to release in few weeks.

The hastily-prepared update is thought to resolve the battery issue, allowing users to at least hold a one minute phone call before looking anxiously at the top right-and corner.
In addition to this new update being sectretly tested; The Apple retail stores have received a memo on how to deal with the battery life issue. While the new employess at stores are adviced not to replace any phone and to tell the customers on waiting for a few more days until the software update is available.
