Apple rumored , it decided to revamp (redesign) their iTunes Store and App Store on prority after the launch of Spotify – one of the most popular music streaming service in the United States and compete with the growing popularity of Amazon’s online music store.

According to 9to5Mac, here’s what they heard about the redesigned iTunes App Store:

The new design is said to be even simpler and more user-friendly than the current design. Apple is working on ways to enhance the speed and efficiency of finding new content, such as songs, videos, and applications. The cornerstone element of Apple’s new iTunes Store is interactivity. As Apple vaguely explained to a number of music labels and entertainment partners, Apple is looking to make the iTunes Store a much more engaging experience.

Backed by the success of the iPod, the iTunes Music Store was the first digital music store to really capture the imagination of consumers – Several out there using those non-defunct p2p networks in order to grab their audio files quickly and connectively.

The last time the iTunes Store was modified with any conviction was the 2009 release of iTunes 9 version. the new inventory of interactive features will cover music, movies, TV shows, and Apps, but could well cover the comparatively-new iBookstore.

Well i am not a big fan of iTunes application, but using it and obtaining any apps from it is very somewhat difficult. Whatever, we’re glad to hear that Apple will be launching a redesigned iTunes Store and App Store later this year.

The new iTunes Store interactivity features are said to be for the iTunes Music, Movies, TV Show, and App Store sections, but may very well spread to the iBookstore.
